HOW WE WORK

How Our Loan Process Works

Quick App


Hit the Apply Now button below and it will take you to our Quick Application.

Complete the basic information about the loan amount, property type, loan program, and your contact information. Once submitted, we will email/call you within 24 hours (generally quicker).

Full App


Once we've reviewed your Quick App, we will complete a 'soft pull' (no SS# or DOB required) to make sure you meet our minimum credit requirements. You will be sent a link to complete your Full App (already pre-filled with quick app info).

This is where you'll provide the details, including property specifics, asset/income information, and your loan exit plans.

Time Sheet/ Pre-Approval


We will review your Full Application for completion, research the property, and verify the loan program/terms.

We will then issue a Term Sheet, Credit Auth and 1003 for you to e-sign. Once your signed forms are received, we will issue your Pre-Approval, send a 'conditions' list, and generate a payment link for your App/Processing/Underwriting fee.

Getting Your Loan Closed

The 360 Closing Process is efficient and thorough.


Once we receive your payment, we immediately move into the Underwriting/Closing process. This includes opening (or engaging) Title, ordering an Appraisal/BPO, and completing the Conditions Review.

Ideally, this process is being completed at the same time that your Appraisal/BPO is being scheduled, completed, and delivered. This allows us to quickly proceed to closing once the property value is verified via the Appraisal/BPO. Our average closing timeline is 7 - 14 Days.

Getting Your Loan Closed
